Darlene is an archeologist with a background in biological anthropology and geology. She teaches undergraduate courses in archeology, several of which have graduate components. She currently serves as the Anthropology Program Director, faculty advisor for the Anthropology Club, the former director of the WKU Anthropology Lab, an active member of the Kentucky Organization of Professional Archaeologists, and a member of the Living Archaeology Weekend Steering Committee.
